Role:
In this role, you shape the digital collaboration of clients in the Microsoft 365 environment to be stable, secure, and future-proof. You work with solutions such as Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and EntraID, applying your expertise purposefully. You contribute your know-how both in ongoing operations and in demanding projects. Additionally, you actively drive the further development of modern collaboration solutions and ensure they are optimally tailored to the needs of users.
Responsibilities:
You implement modern collaboration solutions with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online from requirements analysis to implementation
In this role, you design Microsoft 365 environments with Teams, SharePoint Online, Loop, Planner as well as appropriate information architectures, permission, and governance concepts
As a Microsoft Collaboration System Engineer, you successfully lead SharePoint migrations and transfer content, structures, and permissions into the Microsoft 365 environment
You accompany Exchange Online projects from migration and configuration to operation and further development
In this role, you promote modern communication and implement Teams telephony projects for connected collaboration
As a Senior System Engineer, you work on equal footing with clients and internal teams, contributing your expertise to projects, managed services, and operations
Qualifications:
You have completed IT training or further education (HF, FH or similar).
You have at least 5 years of practical experience in the Microsoft 365 environment and have accompanied projects from conception through migration to implementation.
You are proficient in Microsoft 365 telephony and Teams, governance, permission concepts, collaboration structures, and lifecycle management.
You enjoy advising clients and guiding them with your expertise into the modern digital working world.
You are characterised by a solution-oriented mindset, ownership mentality, and an independent working style.
Ideally, you complement your profile with know-how in the Power Platform, especially Power Automate, Power Apps, or Power BI, and recognise potentials for smart automations.
You are fluent in German.
