Internal Sales B2B - Export Clerk 80-100%

For our internationally successful client in the greater Zug area, we are looking for a professional in B2B order processing and export administration to support customers from the pharmaceutical industry.

Tasks

• Customer support in order processing from A to Z, from sales to export (B2B)
• Price calculations, quotations, order planning and invoicing
• Independent handling of international transports: delivery documents, documents for export orders and customs documents
• Coordinating warehouses, production sites and freight carriers

Requirements

• Several years of experience in B2B support in internal sales
• 3-5 years of experience in export administration
• German at native speaker level, very good English skills
• Spanish is an advantage, as well as any other language
