Role:
An internationally oriented Swiss technology company focusing on the development and manufacture of highly specialised systems for the liquefaction, storage and handling of gases at extremely low temperatures. The cryogenic systems are used, among other things, in industrial gas supply, the energy sector, as well as in demanding applications in research and high-tech industry. The company combines Swiss engineering expertise with highly precise manufacturing and international project work.
Particularly exciting is the technological depth: from thermal design and construction through manufacturing to commissioning, complex systems are created from a single source. Responsibilities:
In this key position, you manage the financial activities of the Swiss business and are responsible for the further development of finance & controlling.
You lead a multi-level team and work closely with the overarching finance functions in an international matrix organisation.
You ensure high quality for financial statements and group reporting while coordinating tax, regulatory and risk-related issues.
You translate business developments into meaningful financial analyses, are responsible for corporate planning and identify potentials for sustainable profit improvement.
With your expertise, you also shape liquidity and financing topics as well as the automation and digital advancement of the finance organisation.
Qualifications:
You have a higher education at bachelor’s or master’s level as well as an additional qualification in finance, accounting, controlling or business administration.
You have several years of leadership experience in a comparable finance or controlling function.
Sound knowledge of US GAAP and Swiss GAAP FER as well as experience with forecasting and budgeting are required.
You analyse data confidently and know how to develop clear, management-ready decision bases from unstructured information.
Very good German and English skills.
