Reference: CLS/RH/2026.790 / Contract type: Permanent contract at 80% / Hours: weekdays from 8:00 to 17:00 (flexible hours) / Start date: as soon as we find the right person / Location: in the heart of Lausanne (M2 stop "Riponne" or Bus 2, 3 or 21 stop "Beaulieu-Jomini")
Why do we need you?
Due to the departure of the current holder for new projects, we are now looking for our future Clinical Data Manager for our Medical Centres. You will be responsible in particular for the quality, reliability and monitoring of pre-operative, operative, hospital and post-operative data in various specialties.
What will you be expected to do?
- Collect and enter pre-, peri- and post-operative data into dedicated software and registers
- Check the completeness, consistency and quality of data and identify missing information
- Ensure the retrieval of missing data from doctors, practices, internal units and external providers
- Coordinate data collection with various stakeholders and facilitate timely transmission
- Ensure compliance with data closure requirements and contribute to maintaining certifications
- Keep tracking tables up to date and report data using Excel
- Collaborate with teams and partners concerned to guarantee data reliability and traceability

Within the Medical Competence Centres, you will join a multidisciplinary team committed to coordinated pathways, from diagnosis to treatment. Secretary, referring nurses, clinical research coordinator and administrative assistant work together to provide personalised support. What do we expect from you?
Essentials:
- Training in health, data, administration or equivalent qualification
- Experience in data management, entry or monitoring, ideally in a medical or hospital environment
- Very good command of Excel and ease with IT tools
- Excellent rigour and attention to detail to ensure data quality and reliability
- Organisation and autonomy in managing multiple registers and deadlines
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with various stakeholders, including doctors, care teams and external partners
- Proactive mindset and perseverance, especially to identify and retrieve missing data
- Very good command of French, both spoken and written
Your assets:
- Knowledge of hospital operations and medical terminology
- Experience in clinical data management, medical registers or clinical research
- Knowledge of SIRIS and ADJUMED
- Knowledge of statistics or data analysis
