Project Coordinator: Construction & Hospitality 100%
Responsibilities
- Participation in new and refurbishment projects in hospitality across all project phases
- Coordination of appointments, project participants, and external partners
- Preparation of project orders, schedules, presentations, and project files
- Support with feasibility studies, site assessments, and decision-making bases
- Ensuring internal project communication and preparation of status reports
- Assistance with cost overviews, quotations, and investment applications
- Accompanying concept changes, new openings, and project implementations on site
- Support during project completion including debriefing and final report
Requirements
- Completed education or further training, ideally in construction, architecture, project management, or commercial fields
- Initial experience in project coordination or project management is an advantage
- Interest in construction, hospitality, and corporate projects
- Structured, independent, and reliable working style
- Organisational skills and enjoyment in collaborating with diverse stakeholders
- Good MS Office skills, especially in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Teams
- Very good German skills; English is an advantage
- Willingness to accompany projects on site in our establishments
