IP Network Operations Manager (m/f/d)
With more than twenty years of experience in the telecommunications industry, this ROCKEN partner has achieved significant success and steady growth, expanding its global customer base year after year. Our ROCKEN partner offers all services required for setting up international roaming between two mobile network operators.
Responsibilities:
You take on the technical and personnel leadership of a 5-member network engineer team and actively strengthen the team culture
You are responsible for the operation, fault resolution, and further development of a global network with over 100 locations
You lead the lifecycle management, plan capacities, and carry out upgrades of hardware and software
You coordinate projects with suppliers and system providers and ensure effective support including on-call service
Qualifications:
You have a completed IT education and bring solid leadership experience
You convince through your strategic team leadership and your ability to motivate and develop employees
You have experience in the IP/telecom environment or a similar technical leadership role
Your planning and organisational skills as well as your technical understanding of IP infrastructure distinguish you
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
