Role:
An experienced specialist with a focus on Microsoft is sought for the support and further development of IT environments in SMEs. The focus is on infrastructure projects, Microsoft 365, and technical customer support.
Responsibilities:
Planning and implementation of IT infrastructure projects in the Microsoft environment
Design, migration, and operation of Microsoft 365
Technical consulting and support of customers
Creation of technical concepts and project documentation
Participation in 3rd-level support and on-call organisation
Qualifications:
Several years of experience as a System Engineer, preferably in the Microsoft environment
Proven experience with Microsoft, VMware, or Fortinet; certifications are an advantage
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
Strong communication and teamwork skills
German as a native language, good English skills, and a category B driving licence
