Patient Reception Staff (m/f) 50-80%

• Answering calls for the Tele Clinic in German and French
• Identifying callers and recording their data
• Entering doctor appointments and scheduling callbacks by the medical team

• Ideally, you have professional experience in call centre, reception, or front desk
• You are proficient and experienced in using a PC and other modern communication tools
• You are an independent personality with strong communication, social, and service skills and have an interest in dealing with medical concerns
• You have very good German skills in spoken and written form and understand the various Swiss dialects without difficulty
• Your spoken French and additionally English are very good and you can express yourself fluently
• You approach organisational tasks in a goal-oriented, reliable manner with self-responsibility and are a punctual, flexible team player

• You are willing to work in a 24/7 operation; the duty roster is published one month in advance. Arrangements regarding working hours are possible.
