Senior PLC Programmer (m/f/d)
Our ROCKEN partner is a technologically world-leading manufacturer of precision machine tools for milling, turning, drilling, and grinding workpieces made of metal, composites, and ceramics. Customers include leading companies in the aerospace and turbines, industrial and transportation, luxury goods, and med tech sectors.
Role:
For our Rocken partner, we are immediately seeking a Senior PLC Programmer
Responsibilities:
- As a Senior PLC Programmer, you are responsible for developing and implementing customised programmes for our multi-axis high-tech systems. Your focus is on documentation and integration
- You create simulation models for the PLC software to test and optimise functions in advance
- You take over the initial commissioning of prototypes and support the assessment of development efforts
- Additionally, you train and support the commissioning engineers
Qualifications:
- Your solid foundation is a completed vocational training in the electrical field, complemented by further education as a technician HF or engineer FH in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or computer science
- Your expertise extends to programming Sinumerik controls (Siemens Step7, TIA) and includes basic knowledge of Siemens' safety concept ("Safety Integrated")
- You are familiar with bus systems such as Profinet, DriveCliQ, and Profibus and can use them skillfully
- Your communication skills are a strong asset, whether in internal coordination or dealing with customers and suppliers
- Flexibility and willingness to travel are natural to you, enabling you to take on and successfully master new challenges at any time
