Project Lead Architect (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF115,000 - 120,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced project lead architect for execution planning / residential construction for demanding new build, conversion and renovation projects. The focus is on technically and constructively high-quality execution, detail and working planning as well as the consistent transfer of architectural concepts into feasible solutions. You coordinate specialist planning, handle complex interfaces and closely accompany the projects right up to the construction site. In doing so, you combine architectural quality standards, constructive detail expertise and economic feasibility.
Responsibilities:
Project-leading handling of the execution planning of demanding residential construction projects
Development and further development of execution, detail and working plans
Technical and constructive elaboration of projects with a focus on the realisation phase
Development of aesthetically high-quality, technically functional and economical detailed solutions
Coordination and integration of planning by specialist planners and experts
Handling complex interfaces between architecture, structural engineering, building services and interior finishing
Ensuring planning quality as well as conducting plan reviews and clash detections
Close collaboration with overall project management, site management and internal architecture team
Support with tendering, technical specifications and contractor awards
Review and assessment of contractor offers, workshop and execution documents
Planning support on site and handling of execution and detail queries
Ensuring architectural and technical quality standards until completion
Qualifications:
Completed studies as Architect ETH/FH or comparable recognised qualification
Several years of professional experience in Switzerland with a focus on execution and detail planning
Solid experience in the relevant SIA phases tendering and realisation
Very good constructive understanding and pronounced detail expertise
Sound knowledge of Swiss building regulations, SIA standards and planning standards
Confident handling of ArchiCAD, ideally also in BIM-oriented planning processes
Experience in residential construction as well as conversion, renovation or existing projects is an advantage
