Project Manager HVAC (m/f/d)
Role:
You have experience in building services engineering and want to take responsibility for a service and project team? You can expect a varied leadership role with technical support, customer contact and the coordination of demanding HVAC projects.
Responsibilities:
Professional leadership and support of the HVAC service and project team
Planning, coordination and monitoring of maintenance and projects
Ensuring deadlines, budgets and quality standards
Technical support of the team in complex faults and projects
Preparation and calculation of offers
Direct contact person for customers, suppliers and internal interfaces
Planning of service deployments and optimal use of available resources
Qualifications:
Completed training in building services engineering / HVAC, ideally supplemented by technical or business management further education
Professional experience in the HVAC environment
Entrepreneurial thinking and strong customer orientation
Strong communication skills, organisational talent and assertiveness
Team-oriented, independent and forward-looking working style
Confident German language skills, spoken and written
Additional language skills are an advantage
Category B driving licence
