Responsibilities:
You take over the invoicing of national and international customer orders.
You organise and coordinate international transports with external logistics partners.
You accompany export and import processes until their complete conclusion.
For payment terms with special requirements, you ensure correct processing.
You prepare export documents, credit notes, and other trade documents.
You obtain quotes for transports and compare the available solutions.
You process and check bank guarantees as well as documents for letters of credit.
You verify customs declarations and country of origin on the relevant documents.
Qualifications:
You have a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) as a commercial clerk and at least two years of international professional experience.
Further training in export or a corresponding qualification is welcome.
Knowledge of Incoterms, HS codes, and free trade agreements is required.
Experience with export controls and Passar is an advantage.
You communicate confidently with customers, representatives, and logistics partners.
You are characterised by a structured, precise, and independent working style.
You work proficiently with Microsoft 365 and common administrative applications.
You have very good German and good French language skills.
