MAIN TASKS
During your training with the General Secretariat of the Grand Council, the headquarters of the cantonal Parliament, you will rotate through various departments of the service, performing a variety of tasks such as responding to requests from deputies, managing the administrative follow-up of parliamentary items, drafting minutes, and organising meetings and events.
You will learn to welcome citizens at reception and on the phone, handle files, update information systems, and manage correspondence. We also offer short internships in human resources or accounting with partner services.
This diverse training will allow you to discover how cantonal institutions operate and acquire solid administrative skills in a stimulating and dynamic environment.
Workplace: Lausanne – General Secretariat of the Grand Council
