Your profile

- You hold a HES nursing diploma or an equivalent qualification (recognised by the Swiss Red Cross)

- You demonstrate flexibility and positivity

- You work both as part of a team and independently

- You enjoy human contact and are resident-oriented

- You are proficient with common IT tools

Your mission

- You collaborate closely with the nurse responsible for the care unit

- You support and assist residents with daily tasks

- You create a welcoming environment conducive to residents’ well-being

- You provide delegated medical care within the limits of your competencies

- You support the supervision of new colleagues, apprentices and trainees

- You contribute to the smooth running of the service and team cohesion

- You are open to applying the principles of the Montessori method
