- You know the region – you plan, design and optimise the delivery areas for efficient parcel delivery
- You know the drivers – you assign them the route on which they perform best
- You manage the deployment of vehicles according to business management criteria
- You promote open and close collaboration with supervisors and colleagues, thereby strengthening team spirit and shared success
- You have completed vocational training in the transport or logistics sector, ideally with further training as a dispatcher
- You are a night owl – you perform best between 19:00 and 04:00
- Your excellent regional geography skills make your work easier
- You can express yourself confidently in German, both orally and in writing
- You work reliably, precisely and adapt quickly to new challenges
