Who are we?
The Autobritt group brings together 3 garages in Geneva, located in Acacias and Grand-Pré. We represent the brands Jaguar, Land Rover, Volvo and Lynk & Co, and also offer after-sales services, a centralised original spare parts shop as well as a body shop. A family-owned and independent company founded in 1968, we grow thanks to the skills and commitment of our hundred employees, while remaining true to our values.

To support the development of our activities, we are looking for a:

Your main activities

• Physical reception of customers within our garage
• Management of telephone calls (telephone switchboard)
• Monitoring customer satisfaction
• Cash handling
• Electronic archiving of documents
• Administrative support to sales and after-sales services, within the given deadlines
• Maintaining the display window and other administrative tasks
• Contributing to a level of service in line with the standards of the premium and luxury brands we represent

Your profile

• Fluent French and C1 level English required; German is an asset
• Experience in managing a telephone switchboard
• Experience in secretarial work
• Proficiency in common office software
• Impeccable appearance, professional and solution-oriented attitude
• Friendly, approachable and with a strong sense of customer service
• Autonomous, organised and rigorous, able to manage several tasks simultaneously and prioritise effectively
• Flexible, proactive and with a true team spirit
