As a Senior IT Security Consultant, you are not only advisory: you bring order to chaos, create clarity and turn uncertainty into concrete, actionable solutions. You identify vulnerabilities before they become a problem, advise clients on complex security challenges and accompany them from analysis to implementation of effective measures.

Whether Microsoft Security Stack, Cloud Security or Identity & Access Management: you move confidently between technical expertise, strategic advice and pragmatic implementation – with solutions that work in everyday life and create real added value.

Your new role

You step in exactly where it gets exciting: right in the middle of complex IT landscapes, diverse requirements and the question of how security is not only conceived but truly lived.

• Consulting & Assessments: You dive deep into customer environments, identify security risks before they become critical, and clearly show what needs to be done. You develop concrete roadmaps from analyses – understandable, prioritised and feasible.
• Security Architecture & Concepts: You think security holistically. Whether governance, architecture or compliance – you develop solutions that can be sustainably anchored in organisations and withstand regulatory requirements.
• Workshops & Enablement: You bring people together, moderate discussions and ensure that security is not only understood but also applied. You ensure that knowledge is sustainably embedded in organisations and empower clients to independently continue security topics.
• Project work: You take responsibility, keep an overview and bring projects to completion – in close collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• PreSales & Quality Assurance: You think one step ahead, support solution designs and ensure that good ideas become clean, sustainable solutions – up to handover to operations and support.

Your superpower

You haven’t just been around in the security world since yesterday – and you can tell. You combine experience, deep technical knowledge and the ability to make complex topics understandable.

• You have several years of experience as a consultant, engineer or architect – and know the dynamics of customer projects first-hand.
• Security is more than a buzzword for you: You understand principles like Zero Trust, Defence in Depth or Risk Management not only theoretically but have also successfully implemented them in practice.
• You have found your professional focus – ideally in Microsoft Security (Defender, Entra, Purview, M365), Cloud Security (Azure), IAM, Endpoint or Network Security – and bring in-depth experience there.
• You move confidently in consulting around best practices, governance and regulatory requirements and can convey these understandably and pragmatically.
• Your working style is structured and analytical, while you take responsibility and drive things forward independently.
• And last but not least: you can engage people – with strong communication and moderation skills, very good German skills and good English skills.
