As Project Manager Architecture, you take responsibility for demanding construction projects from conception to implementation. You lead your project team, coordinate the planning team, and ensure that deadlines, quality, and costs are always monitored. You are the central contact person for the client and maintain direct communication with authorities, neighbours, and other stakeholders. In this role, you contribute with your experience to making ideas visibly take shape. You design projects in interdisciplinary teams and gladly take responsibility to accompany a project from A to Z.
Responsibilities:
- You lead and manage the project team
- In this role, you coordinate the planning team across all disciplines
- As project manager, you prepare explanatory reports and presentations
- You clarify all necessary agreements with authorities, neighbours, third parties, and client representatives
- You ensure a smooth project process
- You are responsible for schedule, quality, and cost control
Qualifications:
Completed education in construction, architecture, or planning
Several years of professional experience in project management and coordination
Analytical thinking, quick comprehension, and strong team orientation
Strong communication skills as well as a confident and professional demeanour
Structured, solution-oriented, and economical working style
Confident use of common digital work and planning tools
