To drive our continuous organic growth, we are always looking for highly qualified professionals. To strengthen our team in the area of Technical Operations, we are seeking a committed individual as PI Server Data Historian Engineer - Sisslerfeld Site Development (a) 100%

Your tasks:

• Setup, configuration, and validation of the PI System as the central data hub for process data
• Connection of automation systems (e.g. Siemens PCS 7, later PCS neo) as well as the MES system (PAS-X) to the Historian
• Implementation of GMP-compliant requirements for data integrity, audit trail, data retention, redundancy, and access security
• Development of tag structures, AF (Asset Framework), event frames, and interfaces to reporting systems
• Support in the integration of PI Vision and other tools for operational analyses, process monitoring, and batch reporting
• Collaboration with engineering, QA, and IT as well as global units to ensure compliance and system availability
• Creation of technical documentation and support during qualification (e.g. URS, FS, IQ/OQ)
• Support in training, maintenance, and operation of the system during the commercial phase

Your profile:

• Completed studies in engineering, computer science, automation technology, or comparable education
• Several years of experience with OSIsoft / AVEVA PI System in regulated environments (ideally pharma / GMP)
• Very good knowledge in the integration of PCS 7 (and ideally PCS neo) as well as MES systems like PAS-X
• Experience with PI System components such as PI Data Archive, PI Asset Framework, PI Interfaces, PI Vision
• Understanding of GMP requirements, especially regarding data integrity and system validation
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. PowerShell, Python, VB, C++, JavaScript, Powershell) and network technologies is an advantage
• Experience in administration of Windows and Windows Server systems
• Knowledge in IT system / software qualification (GMP, GAMP, CSV)
• Basic knowledge in automation (OPC UA) is an advantage
• Strong team and communication skills as well as a structured, documentation-oriented working style
• Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
