Your tasks

• Supervise, lead and support a team of 20 order pickers.
• Organise and allocate tasks according to priorities and activity volumes.
• Ensure compliance with productivity, quality and safety objectives.
• Control the proper execution of order preparations.
• Manage the internal ERP system.
• Ensure client follow-up and communication.
• Enforce procedures, hygiene rules and safety instructions.

Profile sought

• Proven experience in team management in a logistics environment or order picking.
• Ability to unite, motivate and support a team.
• Organisational skills, rigour and responsiveness.
• Aptitude to manage priorities and unforeseen events.
• Good command of IT tools and warehouse management software.
