IT Security Engineer (m/f/d)

Handling of 2nd and 3rd level support tickets via email, telephone, and remote support
Coordination and processing of tickets with manufacturers and external suppliers
Consulting customers in pre-sales in all areas of IT security
Supporting the consulting team in the implementation of customer projects
Planning and conducting workshops and training sessions for manufacturer certification
Maintenance, support, and further development of the internal IT infrastructure
Qualifications:
Completed IT training
Experience with antivirus, endpoint detection & response (EDR) as well as remote monitoring & management (RMM) is an advantage
IT security and/or manufacturer certifications are an advantage
Good English skills required; French and Italian skills are an advantage
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
