What to expect

• Recruitment and support of personnel including related administrative tasks for around 400 employees within your own area of responsibility
• Independent management of HR processes such as planning, recruitment, deployment, development, retention, and exit
• Contact person for line managers and employees on all personnel matters
• Participation in HR-specific topics and projects such as absence management, personnel development, talent promotion, etc.

What you bring

• Commercial or technical basic training with further education in the HR field
• Relevant professional experience in a similar role
• Confident handling of common MS Office programmes
• Very good German skills, good English skills are an advantage
• Entrepreneurial thinking, responsible, solution-oriented, communicative and team-oriented personality

About us

EMS has 25 production sites in 16 countries, employs around 3,000 people worldwide and is the largest trainer in the canton with around 140 apprentices and recipient of the National Education Award. EMS-SERVICES is responsible for the operation of the site with other companies located there and provides its services in the areas of engineering, energy supply, maintenance, logistics, real estate, information technology, personnel management, accounting and controlling as well as environmental protection and safety.
