The Tech Solutions department at EHL is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing digital tools and technological platforms. It ensures system performance, data security, and the integration of new technologies to support both academic and administrative activities. The team collaborates with various departments to design tailored solutions that meet user needs. The mission of the Finance Digital Solutions Lead is to ensure the strategic and operational excellence of Finance applications, with a strong focus on the ERP ecosystem. Acting as a bridge between Finance stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners, the Product Owner aligns digital tools with evolving business needs, drives system enhancements, and ensures robust, compliant, and scalable solutions. This role is key in enabling data-driven decision-making, process automation, and the successful delivery of finance transformation initiatives.
What will you do?
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Finance applications, including ERP, budgeting, procurement, and reporting tools.
- Maintain a roadmap for application evolution in alignment with Finance strategy and IT architecture.
- Act on the configuration, integration, and performance of the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations).
- Collaborate with Finance leadership to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Facilitate workshops, training, and change management initiatives to support adoption and process optimization.
- Lead or support ERP-related projects, including new module implementations, process redesigns, and system integrations.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor deliverables.
- Monitor system performance and user satisfaction.
- Drive continuous improvement through automation, analytics, and user feedback loops.
Who you are?
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- You have 2 to 5 years of experience in ERP consulting or support, preferably in a finance context.
- You have strong expertise in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle) and their finance modules (General Ledger, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Procurement).
- You have a solid understanding of financial processes (budgeting, forecasting, cost control) and system integrations (ETL, APIs, middleware).
- You have experience working with software vendors and external consultants.
- You have proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with Finance, IT, and executive teams.
- You are fluent in French (C1) and proficient in English (B2).
