HR Advisor

On behalf of our client, a leading institution in the French-speaking region, we are looking for an HR Advisor for a temporary assignment with a strong potential for conversion to a permanent contract.

Your key missions

• HR Advice & Partnership: Act as a strategic partner and primary point of contact for line managers throughout the entire HR cycle (leadership, skills development, change management, occupational health and absence management).

• Management of complex cases & Labour law: Provide high value-added advice on complex legal and social insurance issues, while conducting delicate interviews with tact, diplomacy and calmness.

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process alongside managers for attracting and selecting specialist profiles and executives/line managers.

• Organisational Development & Projects: Design and implement individual and collective development measures, facilitate thematic workshops/moderations and actively contribute to the digitalisation of HR processes.

Your profile

• Education & Experience: Proven background in HR consulting focused on service quality, ideally supported by a Federal HR Certificate (or equivalent qualification).

• Attitude & Skills: Proactivity, strong client orientation, excellent interpersonal skills and high resilience to stress.

• Autonomy: Demonstrated ability to work independently within a large organisation and a complex environment.

• Languages: Perfect command of French (spoken and written) and very good understanding of German.

• Mobility: Field-based role requiring frequent travel between different sites in the region.
