Senior Specialist Payroll Operations 80-100%
What you will do:
- You coordinate the monthly payroll together with our external payroll provider, HR services, finance, and other relevant stakeholders and oversee the entire process
- You analyse payroll results, deviations, and control reports and ensure the proper handling of special cases and variable remunerations
- You are the contact person for topics related to Swiss social insurances, withholding tax, salary certificates, year-end tasks, as well as other payroll-related HR services topics and are responsible for audits and internal controls
- You handle and clarify complex matters such as illness, accident, maternity, income replacement, unpaid leave, as well as cross-border commuter and withholding tax issues
- You develop processes, checklists, control points, and reporting further and thus actively contribute to the quality and efficiency of our HR services.
What you bring:
- A completed education in HRM and several years of professional experience in payroll; experience with an external payroll provider is an advantage
- Sound knowledge of Swiss labour and social insurance law as well as a good understanding of payroll-relevant legal and regulatory requirements
- Good IT skills in MS Office as well as experience with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors is an advantage
- A structured, independent, and resilient personality with analytical and process-oriented thinking as well as a pronounced quality and customer orientation
- You communicate confidently in German and have good English skills
