IT Systems & Support Engineer (m/f/d)

Support of internal and external users in 1st and 2nd level support for hardware and software
Administration and maintenance of Windows clients, servers and network environments
Evaluation, testing and introduction of new hardware and software solutions
Active development of the IT infrastructure as well as implementation of technical optimisations
Management and coordination of external IT partners, hosting providers and application operations
Qualifications:
Completed IT training with relevant professional experience
Good knowledge of Windows Server, Windows clients and Active Directory
Experience in network administration, configuration and troubleshooting
Very good German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage
Knowledge of Linux as well as Ubiquiti/UniFi is an advantage
