Senior Infrastructure Engineer | Hybrid IT ? (m/f/d)
Our ROCKEN partner from Lucerne is a leading company in the field of sports marketing and sports rights marketing. They are known for their comprehensive services in sports marketing, including the marketing of media rights and the organisation of sports events. The company works closely with various sports associations and organisations to promote the dissemination and success of sports events on a global level. Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the stable operation and technical development of the entire IT infrastructure - from network, storage and virtualisation to backup and disaster recovery.
In hybrid environments, you administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Azure and ensure a coordinated interaction of cloud and on-premises systems.
Regarding IT security, you implement measures in IAM, patching, endpoint protection and monitoring and handle operational issues in incident, problem and change management.
Besides managing end devices and IT assets, you coordinate external IT service providers and suppliers and ensure professional collaboration with the involved stakeholders.
Through automation, clear documentation and continuous optimisation, you sustainably develop existing IT services.
Qualifications:
You have solid experience as a system, infrastructure or network engineer and are familiar with the requirements of complex enterprise environments from practice.
You are confident in the Microsoft ecosystem and possess very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Azure as well as experience with hybrid infrastructures and virtual server environments.
Your technical understanding includes network, cloud and IT infrastructure as well as cybersecurity and established IT security processes.
You combine a pronounced hands-on mentality with independent, structured working as well as good communication and stakeholder skills.
Fluent written and spoken German and English are required for this position.
