To strengthen our team, we are looking for a communicative and networked-thinking personality with drive HR Recruitment Officer (m/f/d) for the Vorarlberg region
Your Tasks
- Active candidate approach and recruitment via various channels
- Creation of high-quality profiles based on CVs
- Accompanying candidates through the application process and clarifications with employees and clients
- Research on job portals and company websites
- Maintenance and updating of our internal HR database
Our Requirements
- Initial experience in recruiting or HR administration is an advantage
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form (foreign languages are an advantage)
- Good spelling and PC user skills
- Fast and structured way of working
- Networked thinking, strong communication skills
