We are looking for reinforcement for our diet kitchen, which comprises eleven employees and two trainees (Diet Cook FA) each.

About us
Your tasks
- Therapeutically correct and patient-appropriate preparation of various dietary forms and nutritional therapies
- Organisation of the tasks arising in the diet kitchen
- Detailed final check of meals from the main and diet kitchen during the meal distribution belt
- Evaluation of all meal and ward supply orders and creation of the necessary production lists via IT
- Assistance in developing new and optimising existing recipes including nutrient calculation
- Assistance in training future diet cooks
- Collaboration in interdisciplinary projects, e.g. with nutritional counselling / speech therapy / nursing / room service
Your profile
- Completed training as a Diet Cook FA or EFZ with several years of professional experience, preferably in the hospitality industry and community catering
- Flexible, resilient and open to new things
- Team player, working in a young, open-minded team
- Good IT skills (advantageous also with a common menu selection system)
