The company is a leading Swiss real estate firm focusing on the development, management and sustainable transformation of real estate and site projects. Responsibilities:
As an experienced leader, you manage construction projects from the client’s perspective from feasibility to successful completion.
You lead up to three employees in construction management and ensure professional collaboration with architects, planners, general and specialised contractors and other stakeholders.
Coordinating tenders, awards, budgets, construction costs and investment credits is part of your duties, as is ensuring quality and deadlines.
You support site developments, project optimisations and leasing, working closely with asset management and finance.
Qualifications:
You have a degree as an architect or civil engineer ETH/FH, ideally complemented by further training in construction, project, real estate management or business administration.
You have several years of leadership experience and impress with entrepreneurial and business thinking.
You work solution-oriented, resilient, structured and decisive even on complex projects.
You have fluent German language skills.
