Microsoft Workplace Engineer (m/f/d)

Role:
Design modern workplace solutions with the latest Microsoft technologies.
We are looking for an ambitious individual who further develops modern workplace platforms, intelligently integrates cloud technologies, and actively shapes the digital working world. The focus is on innovation, automation, and an optimal user experience.
Responsibilities:
Development and optimisation of modern Microsoft workplace solutions
Administration of Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365
Introduction and further development of Windows Autopilot
Management and securing of end devices with Microsoft Endpoint Manager
Automation of administrative processes with PowerShell
Implementation of modern security concepts such as Conditional Access and Zero Trust
Planning and implementation of client and cloud projects
Integration of new Microsoft cloud services
Analysis and optimisation of existing workplace processes
Creation of technical documentation and best practices
Qualifications:
Experience in the field of Modern Workplace or Microsoft Workplace Engineering
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365
Experience with Windows client management and endpoint management
Good knowledge of PowerShell
Experience with Microsoft Defender, Windows Autopilot, or Exchange Online is an advantage
Independent and solution-oriented working style
Enthusiasm for modern cloud and workplace technologies
