IT Consultant Cloud Application (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Customer-oriented consulting and introduction of archiving solutions as well as their operation
Management of projects from requirements analysis through implementation to introduction
Close collaboration with customers, delivery teams, and suppliers
Further development and positioning of the archiving solution domestically and abroad
Support of sales and 2nd-/3rd-level support, including quotations, architecture, and solution design
Qualifications:
Completed IT training as well as knowledge in operating audit-proof archiving solutions, ideally in the SAP, MS Dynamics, or DMS environment
Sound knowledge of document lifecycle management and regulatory requirements for the retention of business documents
Strong willingness to develop further in digitalisation and automation
Entrepreneurial, customer- and consulting-oriented as well as team-capable personality with a high sense of quality and responsibility
Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
