Responsibilities:
Independent management and processing of customer orders via various communication channels and the CRM system
Organisation and handling of export processes including preparation of relevant customs documents and shipping papers
Coordination of international deliveries taking into account customs regulations and country-specific requirements
Review and support in goods classification and tariffing according to European and American regulations
Ensuring timely, efficient, and customer-oriented order processing
Support of customers, external service partners, and international branches as the central contact person
Assistance with international events and preparation of necessary Carnet A.T.A. documents
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship and ideally further training in export / foreign trade
Several years of professional experience in export processing, international logistics, or order processing
Sound knowledge in the preparation of export documents and handling customs issues
Confident use of CRM systems and digital tools
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with a strong service orientation
Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
