As coordinator, you are the primary contact for all stakeholders involved in implementing postgraduate training activities for doctors.
You create the conditions that allow healthcare professionals to train, exchange ideas and develop their practices in a demanding and stimulating environment.
Thanks to your organisational skills and ability to unite diverse stakeholders, you implement the needs expressed by medical leaders into smooth, recognised and updated training pathways. You coordinate all the necessary steps for implementing academic programmes, from their annual planning to administrative and financial follow-up.
You ensure that each session runs under excellent conditions and provide doctors with logistical and operational support during their training days, especially during BLOC courses which mainly take place on Saturdays, approximately 10 to 20 days per year.
Your ability to anticipate needs, coordinate resources and propose pragmatic solutions directly contributes to the success of teaching objectives. You efficiently manage space bookings, welcome speakers, organise travel, and handle technical equipment, catering or videoconferencing solutions.
Thanks to your interpersonal skills and responsiveness, you facilitate collaborations, promote communication and can interact equally well with specialist doctors and external providers.
You actively participate in promoting the programmes by ensuring their dissemination among the relevant professionals and contributing to their visibility.
You also contribute to the sustainability of these projects by developing financial partnerships with health sector sponsors (pharmaceutical laboratories, pharmacies) and maintaining a relationship of trust with them.
This role is intended for someone who wishes to go beyond simple administrative management and take on a true facilitator role, capable of proposing innovative solutions and actively contributing to the dynamism and development of up-to-date knowledge within the medical community.
In carrying out their activities, the coordinator works closely with the Head of Administration and Finance of the Department, the chief medical officers, accounting, medical trainers, and various partners.
