Head of Approval and Testing (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Responsibility for global testing and approval strategies
• Development of efficient test concepts to reduce costs and time-to-market
• Advising product lines on standards, approvals, and regulatory requirements
• Further development of the test laboratory including digitalisation and use of new technologies
• Building strategic partnerships with standards committees, universities, and specialist institutes
• Leadership and development of the Approval & Testing team

Your Profile

• Degree in engineering, materials science, or comparable technical qualifications
• Experience in testing, development, laboratory, standardisation, or approval processes
• Understanding of technical products and regulatory requirements
• Interest in digitalisation, AI, and new testing methods
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
