Cloud Infrastructure Engineer - Microsoft (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Technical support and consulting for business customers as well as analysis of their existing IT landscapes and requirements
Design and implementation of cloud and infrastructure projects with a focus on Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and hybrid environments
Migration and modernisation of Windows and Microsoft systems including optimisation of security, availability, and performance
Handling complex support cases and technical escalations as well as independent fault analysis and problem solving
Collaboration with architecture, engineering, and operations teams in the development and introduction of new IT services
Qualifications:
Several years of practical experience in Microsoft system engineering and implementation of technical IT projects
Sound knowledge of Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory and Windows Server
Experience with virtualisation, backup, network and security solutions, for example Hyper-V and Veeam
Enjoyment of customer consulting, strong communication skills and an independent, solution-oriented working style
Good German language skills, understanding of Swiss German and ideally experience with Microsoft certifications or in the IT service provider environment
