ICT System Administrator (m/f/d)

Role:
A versatile ICT environment with direct impact on daily operations: You ensure reliable support, further develop the existing ICT environment, and work on exciting projects around Microsoft 365, end devices, and specialised applications.
Responsibilities:
You ensure 1st and 2nd level support as well as the installation and maintenance of end devices and ICT applications.
You administer and further develop Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, network, endpoint protection, and licences.
You participate in ICT projects, rollouts, and migrations and optimise processes through automation.
You manage specialised applications such as KLIBnet and KESBweb including support, administration, interfaces, and updates.
You collaborate with internal departments and external IT service providers and support training sessions.
You take on the deputy role of the IT manager when required.
Qualifications:
Completed training as an ICT specialist EFZ or computer scientist EFZ, ideally with further education in system technology, network, or software distribution.
Experience in 1st and 2nd level support as well as in administration and troubleshooting of ICT environments.
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune.
Experience with KLIBnet and KESBweb is an advantage.
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
Strong service orientation, sense of responsibility, and team spirit.
Driving licence is an advantage.
Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as a good understanding of Swiss German.
