Our client in the service sector is looking for an experienced and committed HR Business Partner 80-100% immediately or by arrangement for around seven months. In this position, you will advise and support managers in all personnel strategic matters. You will work closely with the specialist departments to develop and successfully implement individual HR solutions.

Your area of responsibility with the new employer

• You advise and support managers strategically on personnel-related issues
• Your main tasks include developing and implementing HR strategies that contribute to achieving the company’s goals
• In talent management, you manage the process and actively participate in succession planning and leadership development
• You analyse and interpret HR key figures to derive strategic measures

Your advantages for the new employer

• Ideally, you have a successfully completed degree in personnel management, business administration, or a comparable qualification
• You have several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable strategic HR role
• Sound knowledge of labour law and the development of personnel strategies are part of your expertise
• You have fluent German skills and ideally can communicate fluently in English or French
• Proactive and solution-oriented working as well as a high degree of initiative characterise you
