Senior Payroll Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the complete payroll processing for employees
- Ensuring compliance with all tax and legal regulations
- Contact person for employees regarding salary matters
- Maintenance of employee data and files in the payroll area
- Preparation of reports and analyses on salary development
- Communication with authorities and external service providers
Qualifications:
- Completed studies or training in payroll accounting or a similar qualification
- Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting, ideally in a managerial position
- Comprehensive knowledge of payroll accounting and relevant regulations
- Precise and independent working style
- Teamwork skills and strong communication abilities
- Fluent German language skills
