For our client in Zurich we are looking for

Customer Care Specialist Temporary

Tasks

• You will courteously and competently handle the concerns of our demanding customers by telephone
• You act as a link between the customer, technical department and our regional managers in Customer Service
• You plan the maintenance of the systems installed at the customers
• You take on further general office duties

Requirements

• Commercial or technical apprenticeship
• Experience as a service dispatcher
• You are customer-oriented, a team player, resilient and flexible
• Fluent in German and good in French
• You have good PC user skills (MS Office tools)
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
