Job Description
- Lead and supervise production teams on site (5 to 12 employees)
- Organise, coordinate and plan the work to ensure deadlines, quality and set objectives are met
- Ensure site supply by ordering the materials and resources necessary for work progress
- Monitor daily site activity and prepare progress reports
- Check and validate the working hours of teams on site
- Carry out measurements, monitor invoicing and participate in financial control of operations
- Prepare quotes and budget estimates for the work
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality and technical guidelines across all sites
Profile
- Technician diploma (ES) or equivalent experience in managing structural work
- Proven experience in site management and team supervision
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage several operations simultaneously. Autonomous, rigorous person with a strong team spirit
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and Baubit
- Excellent command of French
