Construction Site Manager

About the Role

Integrated into a dynamic and very close-knit team, you manage construction projects from the feasibility phase through to site management. You act as the central pivot between technical aspects, budgeting, and operational coordination.

Tasks

This position combines technical analysis during the study phase with active presence on site to supervise the execution of works and coordinate the various trades.

• Technically validate and analyse the feasibility of concepts in the initial phase
• Monitor deadlines
• Quality control of structures
• Ensure compliance with safety on construction sites.
• Maintain the site logbook

We Are Looking For

• Initial experience as a construction site manager.
• Thorough knowledge of SIA standards and Swiss safety regulations
• High organisational rigour and ability to work independently

An advantage if you have

• Proficiency in CadWork or Serli software
