For our Patient Administration department, we are looking for a committed and strong leadership personality to start immediately or by arrangement, who will enthusiastically and proactively drive the further development of our billing area.

Your tasks
- Professional and personnel management of the billing team
- Operational development and optimisation of the billing area
- Ensuring efficient and legally compliant billing
- Coordination of internal and external stakeholders
- Participation in ERP and cross-departmental projects
- Initiation of sustainable process improvements
Your profile
- Several years of experience in patient administration/billing or service processing at a health insurance company
- Several years of leadership experience as well as enjoyment in teamwork, promoting and developing employees
- Sound knowledge of tariffs and insurance technical matters
- Strategic, networked thinking and enthusiasm for the further development of processes and structures
- Clear, appreciative communication, strong service orientation and confident appearance
- Conceptual, solution-oriented working style as well as high resilience, flexibility and quick comprehension
