Role:
The company is an established Swiss energy and infrastructure group supporting the energy transition with a broad range of products, services, and technical solutions.
Particularly exciting is the versatility of the working environment: technical departments, energy trading, production, network operation, project management, IT, and central corporate functions work together on solutions for tomorrow’s energy supply. Employees operate at the interface of infrastructure, technology, sustainability, and business and work on projects with long-term significance.
Responsibilities:
You ensure proper accounting and process all business transactions in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger.
You independently manage relevant processes from invoice verification and coding through payment transactions to dunning.
You handle bank, credit card, and balance reconciliations, expense reports, and monitor outstanding obligations, supporting a reliable liquidity overview.
You work carefully on VAT returns and closing tasks and prepare documents for trustees, auditors, and tax advisors.
Qualifications:
A commercial basic education or comparable qualification and professional experience in financial accounting form your foundation.
You are familiar with Swiss accounting standards and have good practical knowledge in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger accounting.
Confident use of accounting software and MS Excel is required.
With your precise, independent, and structured working style, you keep an overview even with multiple parallel tasks.
You convince through responsibility, discretion, and initiative and enjoy actively shaping processes - fluent written and spoken German.
