Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, an internationally active organisation in the tourism sector in the Zurich area, we are looking for a reliable specialist for financial accounting. You report directly to the head of financial accounting and regularly liaise with internal and external stakeholders as well as with worldwide branches. The position offers you a varied range of tasks with an international reference.
Responsibilities:
You post the daily business transactions in financial accounting, especially accounting, banks, and debtors
You manage debtor administration including invoicing, invoice corrections, and dunning
You maintain member accounting, association accounting, and a small petty cash fund
You undertake various tasks as part of the annual financial statements
You are the contact person for the office managers of the worldwide branches regarding accounting issues
You prepare evaluations, manage and archive contracts, and take on further administrative tasks in the finance area
You represent the head of financial accounting during their absence
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial basic education and have 2-3 years of professional experience in accounting or finance and accounting; further training as an accounting clerk is an advantage
You have very good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud
You have very good user skills in Excel and Word
You speak very good German, English, and French
You convince with a strong understanding of numbers, a careful and precise working style, and enjoy working in a team
