Caseworker: Rehabilitation Contact Centre

Discharge management supports clinics and patients in selecting a suitable rehabilitation clinic. It checks rehabilitation applications for content and completeness and organises the timely transfer to the appropriate follow-up institution. As a coordination office between the clinic and social services, discharge management is also responsible for organising secondary transports.

What to expect

• Hub function between discharge coordination, clinics and insurers
• Independent organisation of rehabilitations including obtaining cost approvals
• Coordination of patient transports (SRK, BETAX, EasyCab)
• Clarifications regarding insurance benefits
• General secretarial duties including correspondence
• Assistance with the induction of new employees

What you bring

• Several years of commercial professional experience, preferably in paramedicine, hospital or insurance
• Good IT skills (MS Office) and a quick grasp
• Confident German and good French skills
• High service orientation, independence and sense of responsibility
• Willingness to learn and enjoyment of a varied, sometimes hectic hospital routine
• A cheerful, team-oriented personality
