Role:
You work in a structured way, think in networks and take responsibility within the team. Flexible working hours, home office (2 days/week) and a technology-open environment offer you space for innovation and development.
Responsibilities:
You manage and further develop the Microsoft 365 platform – focusing on Exchange Online, Exchange Protection and the associated security policies
You operate Microsoft Teams telephony (Calling Plan, Auto Attendant) and ensure connectivity in the voice environment
You maintain and further develop the local Active Directory structure and its interfaces to the cloud
You analyse complex faults in third-level support and develop sustainable solutions in the M365 environment
You manage smaller projects (e.g. hybrid deployment, M365 governance) and contribute your own improvement suggestions
You develop PowerShell scripts to automate routine processes – especially in user lifecycle management
Qualifications:
Completed training in computer science (HF/FH) or equivalent qualification
At least 3-5 years of professional experience in the Microsoft 365 environment
Sound knowledge of Exchange Online, M365 Security, Teams telephony and PowerShell
Experience in administering Active Directory, ideally also Azure AD
Advantageous: knowledge of SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business or Microsoft Entra
Very good German skills, English for technical documentation
