Prototype Maker

A company specialised in the design and manufacture of high-end parts is seeking an autonomous, creative and technically strong Prototype Maker, ready to work at the heart of product development.

Proven experience in 5-axis programming (Mikron HSM 400: a plus)

Mastery of CAM, ideally GibbsCam

Experience in programming complex products: leather goods, watch casing or multi-component

Comfortable with computer tools (MS Office)

Your responsibilities

Participate in design reviews and assess the technical feasibility of parts

Program 3-axis and 5-axis machining for prototypes and fixtures

Manufacture components and carry out necessary dimensional checks

Define tooling and fixtures adapted to each machining operation

Work closely with product project managers

Ensure traceability of improvements and guarantee performance stability
