Role:
As Project Manager Electrical, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring electrical projects. You coordinate all project phases, lead a team of specialists, and ensure that all technical requirements and quality standards are met.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and coordinating electrical projects from planning to commissioning
- Creating and monitoring project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Leading and motivating the project team, including task allocation and monitoring project progress
- Communicating with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors to coordinate project requirements and specifications
- Ensuring compliance with standards, safety regulations, and quality standards during installation and commissioning
- Supervising the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment
- Preparing specifications and tender documents for construction projects
- Reporting to management on project progress, results, and challenges
- Conducting project meetings and status reporting
Qualifications:
- Completed studies in electrical engineering, engineering, or a comparable technical education
- Several years of professional experience in managing electrical projects
- Solid knowledge in electrical installation, switchgear construction, and electrical systems
- Experience in project management, including leading and coordinating project teams
- Excellent communication skills and negotiation ability
- Ability to solve problems and quickly adapt to changes
- Confident use of project management software and MS Office
- Driving licence class B
