Job Description
Reporting to the Retail Performance Manager and as part of our commitment to elevating commercial excellence, your primary mission will be to drive continuous improvement across our global retail network. You will lead the global retail coaching strategy, support boutique performance, and enhance client experience through strategic initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
In this role:
- You will support the global retail coaching strategy, inspiring and animating a community of retail coaches to elevate field performance
- You will monitor and analyze key retail KPIs (traffic, sales, CRM, stock, training, events) to identify areas of underperformance and propose targeted action plans
- You will support client experience initiatives, including eNPS and mystery shopper programs, translating insights into actionable improvements across the client journey
- You will coach and collaborate closely with market retail populations and ARCs (Area Retail Coaches) and support functions, ensuring alignment and impact across markets
- You will contribute to strategic projects, such as the SWAP deployment, storytelling initiatives, and knowledge-sharing programs, acting as a brand ambassador and upholding our values
- You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, HR, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure consistency and synergy between headquarters and local teams
Qualifications
- You hold a higher education degree and have 7-9 years of experience in field sales, ideally within watchmaking or luxury retail.
- You have a strong understanding of global retail operations and client experience standards.
- You bring proven experience in project management, with international exposure.
- You demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills.
- You are passionate about watchmaking, luxury, and client relations, and know how to animate and unite a community.
- You are fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
- You are agile, adaptable, and have a field-oriented mindset.
